Bookstore Order Policy

Bookstore Order Policy

Access Keys do not expire. If the product configuration adopted by faculty changes, we will replace any existing Access Key inventory at no charge.

Bookstores may return unused Access Keys (no more than 50% of initial order) within 30 days of the add/drop period by emailing customercare@humanesources.com to request a credit memo. The email should include the unused Access Keys and original order date. No refunds will be issued. All credit memos can be used towards future orders only.
