Changing online textbook configuration in Canvas before course begins

If you need to change your online textbook selection or journal grading method prior to the beginning of a course, here’s how.



Step-by-step guide

  1. Click Settings

  2. Click Import Course Content

  3. Under Content type, make the selection that corresponds to your textbook name (e.g., Configure College & Career Success).

  4. Click Find a Course

  5. Make your new selection for the journal grading method.

  6. Click Submit Configuration choices. Unless you receive an error, your reconfiguration is complete. You do not need to click the Import button.
