Chapter links not opening in my online textbook
Problem
You are using one of our online textbooks and you are having trouble opening the next chapter to continue your work.
Solution
If you are using Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, or D2L, it might be that you have not yet unlocked the next chapter in Assignments. Try going to Assignments, Modules, or Content (find the location your instructor has included the textbook links) and selecting the chapter link you are trying to work on. That should unlock the chapter for your use.
If you are still confused, you can view the process in the video below:
In Canvas, select the Show by Type option at the top of Assignments rather than Show by Date. This will group all your online textbook chapter links together.
If this does not resolve your issue, please reach out to your instructor to ask where the chapter links are located in your course.
