What do I do when students are retaking a course?

If you are using an LMS for an online textbook, you can identify students retaking the content before the course begins.
Click on any assignment link for the online textbook to bring you to your instructor view. Then select <<Back to class list at the top of the screen.
back to class list link

The class list then shows students who have used the publication. If you see any students listed prior to publishing your course, they would have accessed it in a prior semester. Human eSources can reset their work for them so they can start over without having to purchase access again. Simply email our team a list of names to reset at customercare@humanesources.com. This request can come from an instructor or the student.
