What is the difference between the Continuing Education Program and the AchieveWorks Professional Development Program?

Both programs provide background on the theories used by Human eSources and its assessments. Here are the differences:

The Human eSources Continuing Education Program has self-paced online content: reading, videos, activities, and ready-to-use guides as take-aways. It also has a dedicated facilitator who leads Q+A session discussions, provides feedback on assignments, and verifies successful completion of the entire program, including scored tests to ensure understanding of each topic before learners receive a certificate of completion. This allows the Continuing Education program to qualify for credit hours with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC). This program goes into depth with each assessment and discusses best practice for a variety of situations. The program includes 20 hours of course material, broken up over 6 weeks.

The AchieveWorks Professional Development Program has no live instructor component. It is only self-paced content: reading, video, activities and ready-to-use guides as take-aways. While covering many of the same topics, it goes into less depth than the CE program. This program focuses on getting professionals started with effective use of the assessments. The program includes approximately 8 hours of course material.
